Thank you for giving us an opportunity to provide you feedback. Asking for candid feedback takes courage especially when someone wants to strive to improve performance and exceed expectation whether it be from customers or staff working under you. I did this when I was a police manager to improve my leadership skills and to strengthen working relationships with my officers under me. I worked hard to be as approachable as possible and open minded to others concerns in order to build a strong working team. You have these characteristics.
First let me tell you are a true professional in your profession. I’m not sure other realtors fit into this category. My friends and family have shared horror stories about their realtors. They felt their realtor’s main interest was to make a quick buck with the sale of their house. This is not the case with you. You possess strong ethics and integrity in building a sincere relationship with your clients, making it feel more like family than just a business deal. We really appreciated this. As you know my mother had an awful experience in the past selling a house. She felt she was taken advantage of in all aspects of the sell and that her realtor at that time was not looking out for her best interests. She is very pleased on how you represented her and in conducting the sale of the house in her best interest.
I don’t know what you can do better. But here are a few traits and qualities you possess that make you an awesome realtor:
· You provided genuine, honest and candid communication. You explained the whole selling process from the very start and answered all of our questions. When we did have a question, you were very prompt with an answer.
· You possess strong listen skills. You understood the customer’s needs. For instance, my mother’s concern of not wanting to pay closing costs, warranty and etc. There was no pressure on your part to make concessions in order to make the sale.
· This may be normal for you, but we felt you went the extra mile to make sure the house would sell itself. For example, setting up pictures and props in the rooms giving it a cozy feel. Yes, the house is 29 years old, but you made it feel warm and welcoming to prospective buyers.
· You were very patient with my mother, which is hard to be with elderly. This is a very strong trait to possess.
· You were very enthusiastic (genuine) during the entire sale process. As I mentioned before, you had our interests at heart.
· After the sell, our relationship does not end. You let us know you are always there and we truly appreciate that.
· And something you did that blew us away was sending appreciation gifts after the sale. We have never known a realtor that has done anything like that. As I mentioned in previous corresponds, you didn’t have to do that. You worked hard for your commission. You earned it.
In closing, you are an exception realtor. You go well beyond exceeding expectations. You are of the highest caliber. May you continue to succeed in your profession and personal life. My mother has bragged about you and has told our family and friends if they need a realtor, you are the one they should reach out to. Should you ever need a reference, we are here for you.
God Bless, Sincerly
